Your Data & How We Use It

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy explains how Klynx Active ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you visit www.klynxactive.com or buy from us. We are the data controller for your personal data. If you have any questions, email support@klynxactive.com.

1. The data we collect
  • Order and account details: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, order history, and login details if you create an account.

  • Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your payment and limited card information (such as card type and the last four digits), never your full card number.

  • Messages: anything you send us by email, chat or contact form.

  • Marketing preferences: whether you've subscribed to our newsletter.

  • Technical and usage data: your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 8).

2. How we use your data, and our legal basis
  • To process and deliver your order, keep you updated about it, and handle returns and refunds. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

  • To keep tax and accounting records. Legal basis: legal obligation.

  • To prevent fraud and keep our website secure. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

  • To understand how our website is used and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interests, or your consent where cookies require it.

  • To send you our newsletter and offers. Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by emailing us.

3. Who we share your data with

We only share what's needed to run our shop:

  • Wix.com: website hosting, online store, emails and customer management.

  • Stripe: payment processing and fraud prevention.

  • Our fulfilment partners and suppliers (through DSers and AliExpress) and delivery carriers: your name, delivery address, phone number and order details, so your order can be sent to you.

  • Professional advisers and authorities (such as HM Revenue & Customs) where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the European Economic Area, the United States, Israel and, for order fulfilment, China. When we transfer your data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Sharing your delivery details with our suppliers and carriers in China is necessary to fulfil our contract with you by shipping your order.

5. How long we keep your data
  • Order and payment records: 6 years from the end of the financial year in which the order was placed, as required by UK tax law.

  • Account details: until you close your account.

  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

  • Customer service messages: up to 2 years after your last contact with us.
